I was employed for a short time with company and although my time was brief I must that I was impressed with company. Every morning there was a company meeting to discuss current and future clients as we as pass clients that for whatever reason needed our the company's service again. And there was a common phrase that was used more times than I count in my short tenure, "We Want To Do The Right Thing".
Decisions were based not solely on the cost to the company, but to the company's image itself.
The staff knew their clients personally and you could tell that decision making took in to account each and everyone's idiosyncrasies, crews and clients.
The fabrication of the sheet metal panels, vents and chimney work had to be perfect or they simply were not going to be installed. A rigorous system of Quality Assurance was in place by their superintendent who you could tell had decades of experience under his belt, not to mention that of Quinten, the owner. They run a tight ship.
